At noon I will be in conversation with Pippa Jones of ITalk FM discussing the extradition of Christopher Tappin to the United States to face charges relating to allegedly seeking to export batteries to Iran for potential use in missile systems.
In a case that call into question the balance and equality of the UK-US extradition arrangements, it appears that the rights of UK citizens are being placed second to the demands of the United States.
