I am delighted to announce my appointment as a Visiting Scholar at Tufts University’s Fletcher School Center for Strategic Studies. I will be joining a brilliant team of research fellows, led by Professor Monica Toft, for the coming academic year, 2021-2022.
I will be continuing my research into the use of the Madman Theory within U.S. Grand Strategy as well as producing what I hope will be timely and thoughtful postings reflecting the latest developments in U.S. politics and grand strategy.
